Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the proposal and are subject to supplier pricing at the time of order for procurement work.
We commit to delivering the agreed scope to a professional standard and within the agreed timeline.
We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, press coverage, search rankings, or a specific number of students, applications, leads or sales. Advertising and communications work is delivered against an agreed objective, audience and budget.
Regulated services — including licensed travel arrangements and regulated financial or tax work — are delivered with appropriately qualified or licensed partners.
Projects depend on timely information, materials, approvals and access from the client. Delays in these may move delivery dates.
You confirm that any content, logos, images and data you give us may lawfully be used for the work, and that consent has been obtained where student or child images are involved.
Invoices are payable on the terms stated in the proposal. Procurement and production work generally requires payment or a deposit before orders are placed with suppliers.
Products supplied through our procurement service carry the manufacturer or supplier warranty. We will help you pursue a claim under that warranty but do not replace it.
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
