Classfolio keeps a child’s portfolio of work and progress together with class activities and school announcements, and puts all of it behind one WhatsApp number. Parents ask in plain language; the AI assistant answers from the school’s own records.

First term free. Parents and staff use Classfolio all term with nothing to pay upfront.
Payment due between terms. The year’s fee is due at the end of first term, before second term begins.

Questions schools ask

Who owns the data? The school does. Classfolio holds it on the school’s behalf, under our privacy policy and the school’s own data obligations.
Can a parent see other children? No. Parents are verified by their registered phone number, and the assistant only answers about the children linked to that number.
Does it replace our school management system? No. Classfolio is the parent-facing side — the portfolio, the WhatsApp assistant and the communication. It sits alongside whatever you use for administration.
What does setting it up involve? Importing your class lists, agreeing what teachers post and briefing staff. We handle the setup and the training.
Do parents need to download anything? No. If they have WhatsApp, they have Classfolio. There is no app to install and no password to remember.
What if the assistant doesn’t know the answer? It says so, and passes the question to the right member of staff instead of guessing.
Can staff see the conversations? Yes. Designated staff can review conversations, step into a chat and follow up on anything the assistant has routed to them.
