This policy explains what information EduPremium Limited collects when you contact us or use our services, how we use it and how long we keep it.
EduPremium Limited is a professional services and technology company registered in Nigeria (RC 9886151), serving the education and academic sector. We are the data controller for the information described here.
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, organisation, email address, phone number and message you give us.
When you use our website we collect standard technical information such as pages visited and general location, through our hosting and analytics providers.
When we deliver a project we hold the documents, files and records needed to do that work.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver work you have asked for, invoice for it and keep our own business records.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Some projects involve information about students, including children. We only handle that information on the instruction of the institution responsible for it, use it strictly for the agreed work, and follow the consent and safeguarding procedures the institution has in place — particularly for photography and video.
We share information with suppliers and partners only where it is needed to deliver your work — printers, production houses, hosting providers, payment processors and licensed travel partners. They act on our instructions and may only use it for that purpose.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project and financial records are kept for the period required by Nigerian law and our own accounting obligations, then deleted or archived securely.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to hello@edupremium.org and we will respond.
