What was needed
The school was going into an intake season with a prospectus that had been reprinted three times without being redesigned, an application form that existed only as a photocopy, and no consistent way of presenting fees and term dates.
They wanted one set of materials a parent could be handed at an open day and take a decision from.
What we did
Editorial structure and copy editing for the prospectus
48-page layout, photography direction and art working
Application form, fee schedule and term-date inserts
Presentation folder and envelope
Print specification, proofing and production management
Delivery to the school ahead of the open day
One set of materials, printed on time, used for the whole intake season.
The school now reprints from a fixed specification, updates the inserts each year rather than the whole book, and hands out the same pack at every open day. We hold the artwork and handle reprints when they are needed.
